I’m still juicing!!!! It’s a bit of a trial to get through, but I feel great and I’m ten pounds down! I did have an issue with feeling quite weak all day Saturday and more so on Sunday so I decided to eat, but very limited. I ate a few strawberries and half of a pita with zaatar….. a middle-eastern herb mix. (My favorite snack….. especially along with strawberries or grapes!)
I started walking on my treadmill again yesterday as well (yay!) so I can keep my heart strong. I haven’t walked in a while and I hate that feeling over-all!
I’m looking forward to another day of juicing….. feeling so refreshed!!!!
