Weighing In
I’m still juicing!!!! It’s a bit of a trial to get through, but I feel great and I’m ten pounds down! I did have an issue with feeling quite weak all day Saturday and more so on Sunday so I decided to eat, but very limited. I ate a few strawberries and half of a pita with zaatar….. a middle-eastern herb mix. (My favorite snack….. especially along with strawberries or grapes!)
I started walking on my treadmill again yesterday as well (yay!) so I can keep my heart strong. I haven’t walked in a while and I hate that feeling over-all!
I’m looking forward to another day of juicing….. feeling so refreshed!!!!

Thank you! As I’m sure you know. …some things are hard to persevere through, but the worth can be a great motivator! I think I might mod-podge that clip-art to my scale. LOL!

Thank you! Yes, it’s awesome and though I’ve yet to make it a daily part of my life I’m seeing that reality coming close. …. very close! Congrats to you!!!!!
Oh, and about the zaatar…. I don’t make it, no…. we buy it from international food stores in the area. Though the current batch we’re finishing up is what my husband brought back from his trip to Jordan. You should definitely get some and try it! Google or Pinterest it if you like.
